System Management and Reporting Provides Superior Insight

Administration

The Azzier Administration Module allows system administrators to manage user access, privileges, and core functionality through an easy-to-use graphical user interface (GUI). All security and programming configuration takes place from within the interface. From the Azzier GUI, each system user is granted access to the functionality they will require and are authorized to have.

User passwords afford access to the Azzier modules, with security levels, assigned for ‘read’, ‘edit’, ‘view’, and ‘modify’ on a per-module basis. Where applicable, users are assigned a monetary limit for approving a purchase order or work order. Authorized users have access to a host of capabilities, from defining default queries to setting up system status codes.

No complex scripts or database programming experience are required to establish individual user security and system access for more effective enterprise asset management (EAM). This eliminates the need to re-engage the developer every time an interface modification is needed, providing substantial cost savings.

Report Builder

The Azzier Report Builder provides a simple framework for performing complex report design and management. Accessed through a web browser, it simplifies the development of detailed analysis reports that support forecasting and asset efficiency trends. Daily activity reporting enhances the available business intelligence, making the Report Builder a powerful tool, visualizing mission-critical insight.

Query Builder

A compliment to Azzier’s standard reporting tool, the Azzier Query Building Module brings the Azzier Reporting tool to a completely new level.

This module allows the IT professional to create an unlimited number of Database Views, then report on those Views using Azzier’s standard reporting tools.

The Query Builder allows users and administrators to custom develop complex queries and save them as virtual tables, which are a ‘View’ inside their SQL Database. Query Builder also empowers Tero clients to write reports requiring a complex SQL query, potentially including Joins, Sub Queries, Unions and more.
