Upon completion of all system configuration, development, and data transfer testing, the Azzier system will be delivered and installed for final testing prior to going “live.” As part of a multi-phased approach, Tero will:

  • Apply the latest dataset from the client to avoid stale data upon Go-Live
  • Apply configurations and/or customizations, reports, linked data and interfaces
  • Conduct final data transfer
  • Install, test and commission production system and database in the cloud
  • Install, test and commission any interfaces
  • Initiate Go Live

All additional custom development, interface templates and any additional modules are also installed and tested at this time. The client has the option of having Tero personnel on-site to ensure the smoothest go-live day possible.

System Implementation

After the installation is complete and the system has gone live, Tero experts engage in the system implementation and apply any improvements that were agreed upon as “Day One” enhancements. This process applies and completes all system configurations, required development, and final data testing. The estimated duration of a typical Azzier implementation from start to finish is within 120 days from project kickoff.

As part of a multi-phased approach, Tero will:

  • Apply the latest dataset from the client to avoid stale data upon Go-Live
  • Apply configurations and/or customizations, reports, linked data and interfaces
  • Install, further test and commission the production database in the cloud

As an add-on, we strongly urge our clients to make use of our training programs. Although training is an add-on, history has proven that our clients accelerate time to value with their Azzier system. So helpful is training that many clients tell us it pays for itself. Each training curriculum is tailored for the client and their project and can even include customized topics based on expected user roles and responsibilities.

Training curricula can include all or a specialized combination of them:

  • Initial user and or requester training
  • Daily operations and management organization
  • Initial set-up and implementation
  • Procedure and preventive maintenance scheduling
  • Detailed work, project and contractor management
  • Detailed asset and/or location set-up
  • Item request and asset parts management
  • Inventory and storeroom organization
  • Labor and time reporting
  • Reporting and data analysis
  • System interfacing and data integration
